Getting the Proper Medical Care

How are you going to get your SSDI medical records?  Now read this article to find out.  First, what is one of the most important tasks that you can do in social security disability?  That most important task is to get medical care for your disability.  That medical care includes seeing your doctors on a regular basis.  If you do not go to your doctor for your disability, then no doctor documents your disability.  Without documentation, social security will treat your disability as if your disability never even happened.

Telling Your Medical Provider What You Have

When you see your medical provider, tell them the symptoms that you are going through.  For example, you should not be tough by acting that you have no pain when you see the doctor.  By no means, please do not lie that you are having symptoms when you are having no symptoms.  But that same issue of lying goes the other way around since you should not lie to your doctor or nurse that you are ok when you are not.  You should tell the truth what you are experiencing because telling the truth will help you get the care that you deserve.

Telling Us Who are Your Medical Providers Are

When you come to see us, please tell us what doctors that you are seeing or what clinics that you are going to.  By you telling us who you are going to, we will be able to contact those who cared for you.  When we get in touch with your medical providers, we will be able to make your case to social security even better because we do desire for you to get the benefits that you deserve. 

Getting Social Security Your SSDI Medical Records
